New Frontier Hotel - Coronation

I recently stayed at the New Frontier Hotel for a short business trip and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The upgraded room I stayed in was clean and modern, with great water pressure in the shower. I also enjoyed having access to Netflix in the room. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. a positive experience.

We paid for an upgrade upon arrival at the New Frontier, and we were glad we did. the standard rooms were not in great shape, with a smoky smell and signs of age. the staff at the front desk were accommodating and helpful. the renovated room we stayed in was much better, with great water pressure in the shower and access to Netflix. The friendly staff made our stay more enjoyable. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

Great water pressure in the shower and access to Netflix were two unexpected perks during my stay over Christmas. The hotel's location was also convenient as it was close to various attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay.

While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which will likely improve the overall experience, during my stay, the state of the hotel was a bit disarrayed. The beds, blankets, and pillows were not very comfortable, and some essential amenities were lacking, such as conditioner and a blow dryer.
